    Owner/ operator, David Torgovec, has been in the fence business for over 20 years. Born and raised in Westerly, RI, he began building custom cedar fence for a local fence company at a young age. Having enjoyed the physical challenges of the field, he continued to thrive in the industry ever since. Having been involved in every aspect of the field (building fence, sales, installation, product design, etc), his vast knowledge of fence has led him to finally open his own company in the Spring of 2014. His no non-sense approach to customer satisfaction will leave you secure in hiring Bullie Fence. You will be informed on the good and the bad of available fence products currently out on the market, leaving you, the customer, to make the right selection. Dave will inform you on everything you want to know in the steps of the fence installation.    Bullie Torgovec is the pride and joy of Dave. She is a 10 year old English Bull Terrier and the inspiration behind the Bullie Fence name/logo. Her past times include playing fetch with her prized tennis balls, going for long walks, barking at cyclists, and running around the house like a maniac. She also goes by the nicknames, cornchip feet, poopsie, and stamp licker. Her incredible strength, loyalty, and determination are key traits that Bullie Fence hope to represent for the foreseeable future.
